7.9.1 Introduction
The high-level structure of the MusicalWorkClaimNotificationMessage is depicted in Figure 7 below. The message contains two XML attributes:
The
AvsVersionIdcommunicates the version of the allowed value sets used in the message. For information on how to use this XML attribute, refer to Clause 7.3; and
The
LanguageAndScriptCodecommunicates the language and script for the elements of the message as defined in IETF RfC 5646. Language and script are communicated using the syntaxlang[-script][-region][-variant].
The MusicalWorkClaimNotificationMessage also contains nine composites that together provide the bulk of the data that is being communicated in a message created in accordance with the MWN standard:
The
MessageHeadercontains the header for the message;
The
TerritoryListcommunicates data about the territories used in theMusicalWorkClaimRequestMessage;
The
PartyListcommunicates data about the parties that contributed to the creation, publication and distribution of the musical works described in theMusicalWorkClaimNotificationMessage. For example, writers or rights holders;
The
WorkListcommunicates data about the musical works the right share claims of which are described in theMusicalWorkClaimNotificationMessage;
The
ResourceListcommunicates data about the resources, such as sound recordings or music videos, in which the musical works described in theWorkListare embodied that are described in theMusicalWorkClaimNotificationMessage;
The
ReleaseListcommunicates data about the releases which contain the resources described in theResourceListof theMusicalWorkClaimNotificationMessage;
The
ExploitationListcommunicates data about theExploitationsof the musical works described in theWorkListin theMusicalWorkClaimNotificationMessage;
The
RightShareListcommunicates data about the right share claims, including conflicts between them, relating to the musical works described in theWorkListin theMusicalWorkClaimNotificationMessage; and
The
RightShareNotificationListcommunicates data about the musical works and/or right shares for which such data was requested in theMusicalWorkClaimRequestMessageto which theMusicalWorkClaimNotificationMessageis a response. This includes a link between the request data and the notification data in theMusicalWorkClaimRequestMessageandMusicalWorkClaimNotificationMessagerespectively.
